Honouring the Scottish Commandos and raising funds for Scottish Veterans Residences, Breaking The Laws 30K offers a memorable challenge for runners taking part solo or as a relay (team of 3), with a further option of a scenic 10K circular walk around North Berwick and Balgone.

Route
First leg - North Berwick Law
The route starts with a climb of North Berwick Law then follows the John Muir Way to the beautiful wee town of East Linton.2nd Leg - Traprain Law
From East Linton you head up Traprain Law via the River Tyne and return to East Linton.3rd Leg - The Final Push
Back to North Berwick and as there’s no hill on this section it can suit a relay team with differing abilities.
