Get ready for a festive run like no other! The Santa Dash 2025 takes you around the scenic trails of Cammo Nature Reserve in north-west Edinburgh, following riverside paths, open fields, and historic landmarks.

Depending on the weather in the days before the event, the ground may be muddy or frosty, so we recommend trail shoes or your grippiest trainers. Please note: the route includes narrow paths, steps, and small wooden bridges, so unfortunately it isn’t suitable for buggies, wheelchairs, or frame runners.

Choose your distance: dash around the 5K or take on the 10K. Kids aged 11+ can take part in the 5K, and our Elf Dash (approx. 1K) is perfect for younger runners.

Festive dress is encouraged but optional — and everyone is rewarded at the finish with a medal, hot chocolate, and cookies!

• 1K: £5 donated to Young Lives vs Cancer

• 5K: £10 (including min donation of £1 per entry to charity)

• 10K: £15 (including min donation of £1 per entry to charity)
