  • Some of our events include a fun group warm-up led by one of our team or a guest instructor, but not all.

If a warm-up is planned, we’ll let you know in the pre-race email—so keep an eye out for the details!

  • Some of our events include water stations along the route—details will be confirmed in the pre-race email.

You’re welcome to leave your own clearly marked water bottle at a designated table, if available.

If you can carry your own water, even better! Where water is provided, we use multi-use plastic or compostable cups.
