Join us for our popular Edinburgh 5K race, better known as the Monthly Blast 5km Series @ The Meadows Lunchtime run (except August) - a popular mid-week event set in the heart of Edinburgh's beautiful Meadows! This cheeky wee mid-week speed session welcomes runners of all abilities on a flat, fast officially measured and licensed 5K course.
What to Expect at the Monthly Meadows Lunchtime Run:
Open to all runners - beginners, seasoned club runners and children over 11
Prizes for 1st Male and Female in all age categories (online entries only)
Optional finisher's medal (£5 extra)
Results submitted to Run Britain Rankings

Since the start of 2025, we’ve already raised over £624 for local organisations, and we continue to donate £1 per runner every month.

Entry: £7 standard / £9 non-members (A £2 insurance levy applies to non-Scottish Athletics members - this goes directly to Scottish Athletics)
Registration: 12:00-12:30pm, cash or card accepted
