This new for 2022 10k route starts and finishes at The Lighthouse Park by Newhaven Harbour.

* The route takes you along the local cycle pathways and through 3 parks - Victoria Park, King George V Park and St Mark's Park.

* The route will be marked and there will be marshals on the course but the final responsibility is with the runner. The Strava map will be shared with you well in advance of the race.

* 250 maximum entries

* Online entries now closed but you may ENTER ON THE DAY - come to the far end of Western Harbour Drive between 8.45-9.30am to register, £20 cash or card

* Medal or tshirt included

* There will be spot prizes and fastest Male / Female category prizes
